After squeezing our way through the traffic in both Stavanger and Sandnes, we reached Egersund around 3:30pm today. Where upon our arrival mom dished out her best traditional Norwegian Christmas dinner, called “pinnekjøtt”. The food was delicious, company great and the atmosphere very homely and comfortable. It’s Christmas and it’s good to be back home. Even for a short while.
