Panda Catering – blooming start

I’ve never been good at being idle. Relaxing for a  couple of hours is all good and all, but when we’re talking about days, I’d go bananas if I have nothing to do. And were not talking about like as if any activity would do. I need to do something productive. Something that will show me some results that, “yes! I’ve done something now”. I like to keep myself busy, partly because I get easily bored and also because I like being in an activity.

So aside from studying and working part-time I thought that doing some light catering could be a good source of extra income. It’s fun, I get to hang out with my panda cooking partner, and most importantly I get to enjoy good food. After all I gotta taste my products before sending them away, right?

Yesterday I decided to take things more seriously and put everything that I’ve learned on how to manage a “business” in use. I worked mostly with the finances and recipes. Figuring out how much we need of something to get something made, and how long it would take seemed like a well thought idea, then & there. After the paperwork, I worked on booking orders, and boy was I for a surprise. Received 4 small orders and 1 big one. Things are turning out more interesting than my partner thought, or so he said. hehe.

It’s gonna be a busy week ahead and man…, do I look forward to it.
